1- What is the status of my order?
To check your order status, simply log into your account and click "Order History."
2- When is my credit card charged?
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours from the time you place your order.
3- Do I need to setup an account to place an order?
You do not need to set up an account to place an order. However creating an account allows you to store your shipping information, see order history, and view your product’s warranty information. Additional features will be added to the account page in the near future.
Shipping, returns, & warranty
1- When will my order be shipped?
We offer complimentary shipping via FedEx Ground in the US on all orders of $99 or more and complimentary ground shipping in Canada on orders of $250 or more. Orders placed Mon-Fri by 1pm EST are typically shipped the same day. If you would like to opt into FedEx 2-Day Shipping for delivery within 2 Business Days, please do so at checkout where an additional fee will be added to your purchase total.
2- Do you ship internationally?
We currently ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe. To change regions, simply click on the region icon near the Cart on the top right corner of the website and select from the list of shipping destinations. We will continue to launch shipping to other regions.
3- What is your return policy?
All products purchased from our website, except for our wireless speaker, may be returned within 14 days of purchase for a full refund less shipping costs, no questions asked. For our wireless speaker, it may be returned within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. International return orders may be subject to return shipping fees.
Account
1- How do I reset my password?
You can request a new password, by clicking here and selecting “I Forgot My Password” where you will be prompted to enter your email. You will receive an email with a link to reset your password.
2- Do you save my bank details?
Absolutely not! We never have access to this information. It is the company Stripe that deals with it. Your data is completely safe.
